Order Processing Time: At Wild Haven Skin, every jar is thoughtfully handcrafted in-house. This delicate process takes up to 7 days from the moment I receive your order. However, I always aim to expedite this process whenever possible for faster shipping. Please keep in mind that this processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Duration: Once your order is processed and shipped, you can anticipate your Wild Haven Skin products to arrive within 2-4 business days. The shipping duration may vary depending on your location and local postal services. We utilize reliable carriers to ensure your order reaches you in a timely and secure manner.

Order Tracking: To keep you informed, we provide tracking information as soon as your order is shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor the journey of your package to its destination.

International Shipping: We now ship internationally! No order minimums required. Orders typically arrive within 6–21 business days, depending on customs processing and local carrier handling.

Please Note: Wild Haven Skin is not responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may be applied to your order depending on your country's import laws. These fees are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

Wild Haven Skin is not responsible for delays or additional charges incurred through customs processing in your country. If you're unsure whether your country imposes import fees, we recommend checking with your local customs office.

Damages, Loss, or Theft: Wild Haven Skin is not liable for orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Be sure to retain all packaging materials and documentation for the claim process.

Shipping Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or complications in the delivery of your handcrafted order. Wild Haven Skin is not responsible for packages that are misdelivered or lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
