Refund policy

At Wild Haven Skin, every product we create is a labor of love, crafted with care and dedication. We hold your satisfaction and safety in the highest regard which is why we are unable to offer returns or refunds of our handcrafted skincare.

Our handmade products undergo thorough quality checks prior to being shipped out. Once a product is lovingly packaged and sent to your home, we sadly can't control the conditions it might face. We must prioritize everyone's health by not accepting returns, as we can't guarantee the product's safety afterward.

If, by any chance, you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we're here to make it right. Reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order, sharing the details and photos, and we'll swiftly arrange a replacement for the correct product. Please note that tallow is extremely temperature sensitive and we are not responsible for products that melt during transit. We always make sure to ship using insulated packing mailers but if left in warm temperatures, tallow will inevitably melt. To avoid this, it’s important to bring your packages inside quickly especially during summer months. If your product arrives melted, let it sit in a cool place to solidify again.
